Their hard work, resilience, and sense of responsibility contribute to the progress and well-being of the entire community.

By recognizing and valuing the role of the common man, we can create a more inclusive and prosperous society for everyone.

Let us celebrate and support the common man in their pursuit of a better future for themselves and generations to come.

Obviously, you have witnessed the common man in your country and have also seen the common man in underdeveloped or developed countries.

Certainly, you have also observed the common man’s nature, character, responsibilities, and love of people and country.

Now I am going to tell you about the "SPECIAL COMMON MAN" of our beloved country. His nature, mentality, behavior, dealings, respect, love, and loyalty for the poor and country are described in the forthcoming lines.

Believe it or not,
The biggest liar, thief, dodger, deceitful, idle, apathetic, careless, and flamboyant person in this country is the "common man" (aam)! A common man (Aam in Urdu language), whose plural is public (Awaam in Urdu language), and this common man is very shameless, unabashed, rude, and dishonest!

This common man is in politics, not the establishment! It is neither a bureaucrat nor a general! But this is the greatest remnant of the pharaoh!

It is the biggest enemy of ordinary people like themselves! Either his friends or foes. His personality is the axis of his desires. He presents himself as the pivot of all evil.

Just notice carefully that when he sells fruit, he deliberately puts unripe, dirty, and rotten fruit in the bag to hand it over to you at full price.

He is representing dishonesty. Remember, "Dishonesty" marks another distressing trait observed in some members of the common man. Deception, fraud, and deceit erode trust, corrode social bonds, and undermine the foundations of a thriving society.

Dishonest actions not only harm others but also diminish an individual's integrity and self-worth, creating a cycle of negativity that perpetuates their disconnection from the collective good.

If you see him driving a motorcycle, it becomes a punishment of God for pedestrians and the drivers of vehicles. His fast zig-zagging on the busy road is also a serious danger for every creature on the road.

In the mode of one wheeling, God is so content that he invites his own death and also that of so many other unfortunate humans and vehicles.

When this common man drives a wagon or a bus, he thinks himself a pilot of a fighter jet and looks like a messenger of death, and people run away!

Imagine when he drives a tractor, trolley, or dumper, so it becomes an angel of death. Tractors, trolleys, dumpers, and containers trawlers have crushed hundreds of vehicles, motorcycles, and thousands of people, as per recent analysis.

In the Holy Quran, in this regard, Allah said:"Whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell" (4:93).

If this Common man sits as a clerk in a government office, he snorts like a cobra and stings like a scorpion. He thinks of himself as a king and works according to his will.

He sits on others seats when he is not willing to do his duty. No common man like him in an office will tell his location. They will only reply by asking that ‘he is not on the seat.’

He leaves the office for prayer and comes back very late or does not return. The applicants and complainers wait and go back in disgust. This is an example of an irresponsible common man. ’

The term "irresponsible" signifies a lack of accountability and reliability. Individuals who display irresponsibility often fail to fulfill their commitments.

Evade consequences and neglect their duties towards their families, communities, and society at large.

When you go to the post office, there will be a board stating that "There is a prayer and lunch break at half past one". When will this interval end? Nothing is known! These kings will come back one after another with their own will.

Those common men do not know that they are shirking their responsibilities at work. They are also disregarding the importance of civic duties; such behavior can have severe consequences for the well-being of society.

In a shoe store, another common man is sitting.

Buy shoes in the morning and return them in the evening; those will not be taken. It is a distant thing to return to; it will not even change!

His customer is also a common man. He is more deceitful than this shopkeeper. Shoes will be returned or exchanged with good use.

Everyone knows that in America, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, and other developed countries, this common man whom we exported is also trying to deceive.

When guests arrive, he buys new mattresses from the store. When the guests leave, he returns the things without any delay (this testimony has been given by reliable people).

The common man in England and other European countries is in a wheelchair when he leaves the house. Jumps inside the house but claims undue privileges.

This common man throws the garbage from the house into the street. It spends twenty million rupees on the construction of a house but cannot spend five thousand on the broken road in front of the house.

When a common man builds a house, he intentionally adds part of the street to the house. He does not know the Hadith about narrowing the passage. Whereas Our holy prophet strictly ordered not to sit in the streets. Read the hadith below. So avoid encroachment.

Abu Sa‘Ä«d al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware! Avoid sitting on the roads."

If a common man puts up a shop, he keeps his goods not only on the footpath but also on half the road.

If you calculate the benefit that this common man is taking in the form of illegal encroachment, it will prove to be a thousand times bigger than the alleged theft of former political leaders.

This common man seems to be working in the natural gas department, so by using underhand tactics, he allots illegal gas connections by taking bribes.

If you go to the electricity department, you will see another common man who sits at home and reads the meter readings of customers. Sometimes you get fewer bills, and the next time you will receive a heavy bill because of this.

There is another common man sitting in the PTCL in the capacity of a telephone operator who does not pick up the phone.

Try it. Your kidneys will fail, but the operator won't pick up your call. These days, due to the availability of mobile phones, this tension is a little bit reduced.

It is only this common man who has corrupted the habits of politicians. It happily enslaves these politicians, their children, and their families.

This common man lays mats and arranges chairs in their meetings throughout their lives.

Raises slogans. Runs with their cars. In support of them, he quarrels with his friends and relatives. Even breaks the relationship, but he does not feel sorry for the plight of himself and his family, nor does he ask for his rights from politicians.

Consider the condition of Zil Shah's elderly and helpless parents. Imagine how their nights will be spent! The rest of their lives are nothing short of punishment for them.

What do you think about the woman who might have wanted to take a picture with a prominent female political leader and whom she clearly avoided?

The video also went viral. This common man will also lay mats and arrange chairs in the meetings of every political leader.

Poverty will reign in his family from generation to generation, but he will proudly say that we have been working for such and such a party for so many generations.

It is the common man who excuses the grave sins of politicians and defends them instead of getting angry at their mistakes or blunders.

This common man tortures common people like him. If he marries his son, he demands a costly dowry from the girl’s parents.

If his daughter gets married, he encourages her to rule over her father-in-law and mother-in-law or snatch their powers as soon as she can.

When he starts praying in the mosque, he considers the Imam his employee and never hesitates to criticize the Imam, Khadim, and committee members.

He also never hesitates to use the property of the mosque in his home. He always criticizes the work being carried out in the mosque. He does not feel ashamed at all.

Look at the other common man, who is a shopkeeper. He thought of himself as a sustenance distributor.

He considers the customers his slaves and himself a Qaroon or Hamaan. He will try to weigh and measure less when you are inattentive. He sells substandard goods for the price of a patented product.

Oh, my people! Hazrat Shoeb ('a) was speaking to his people when he said: Serve Allah; there is no other god save Him, and do not give sparingly or lightly. I am certain that you are prosperous, and I am certain that I am concerned for your punishment for the whole day.

"And when you measure, measure fully, and weigh correctly with the scale,"(Part 15, Surah Bani Israeel, Verse 35)

Hadith-e-Pak Those who don't offer their fair share of weight will have their faces humiliated, their tongues will stumble, and their eyes will become blue on the Day of Judgment. Weigh from here to there on the scale of fire that will be placed on his neck. He will endure this punishment for 50,000 years between two mountains. (Qurat-ul-Ayoon, p. 391)

If he is employed at someone's house, he is not sincere with the owner.

If you keep someone as your employee, you don't care about his food and clothing. This common man and his employer do not remember the Hadith-e-Rasool. Abu Huraira reported: The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Allah said: On the Day of the Resurrection, I will oppose three people: the man who swears by me but turns out to be a liar; the man who buys a free person and sells him into slavery; and the one who hires a worker and receives a completed job but fails to pay him his salary. (2114Sahih-ul-Bukhari)

It is very sad to comment that you will see our common man showing disloyalty to himself, family, office, institution, state, government, and country.

The ill-disciplined common man does not know the meaning and importance of loyalty. He must keep in mind that a "disloyal" common man is one who lacks fidelity, loyalty, and dedication.

This trait is often evident in instances where individuals prioritize their personal interests over the welfare of their community, nation, or even their own relationships. Disloyalty not only breeds discord but also hampers progress and unity.

Another type of common man makes his condition worse by running after the spiritual leaders and the pious elders (Peers, Faqeers, and Mazaraats), but he does not try to serve his parents by sitting at home for dua. He does not know that our Holy Prophet said, "If you see happily and lovingly to your parents faces, that is equal to Hajj." But nobody cares.

Remember, in our beloved country, in every field of life, you can see many pharaohs sitting and humiliating the poor people. You can see them outside courts (kutchery), hospitals, offices of all kinds, bazzars, markets, parks, transports, ports, railway stations, and airports.

Sadly, they don’t remember "the day of judgment," where all your good and bad actions will be weighed or measured and everyone will be held responsible for their deeds.

Their body parts will stand witness and endorse their statements in his favor or against.

Throughout history, literature, and events, the portrayal of these undesirable traits in the common man has been a subject of profound introspection.

By understanding the causes and consequences of such behavior, we can pave the way towards fostering a more responsible, honest, and loyal society.

The study of the common man has allowed us to glimpse into the darker corners of human behavior and the challenges it poses to society.

We have come to recognize that these undesirable traits are not isolated incidents but rather complex manifestations of a web of interconnected factors that influence human conduct.

It is evident that irresponsibility, dishonesty, and disloyalty are not innate characteristics but rather products of individual choices and external influences. Social and cultural norms, economic pressures, and personal circumstances all play significant roles in shaping the behavior of individuals.

To address these negative traits effectively, it is essential to acknowledge the underlying root causes and work towards comprehensive solutions.

At the societal level, fostering a culture of responsibility, honesty, and loyalty begins with education and awareness. Schools, families, and communities must emphasize ethical values, integrity, and civic duty.

By instilling a sense of responsibility from an early age, individuals are more likely to grow into dependable and trustworthy members of society.

Moreover, creating an environment that encourages open communication and transparency can help combat dishonesty. Holding individuals accountable for their actions while also providing opportunities for redemption and rehabilitation can be instrumental in promoting positive change.

Cultivating a sense of loyalty requires nurturing strong social bonds and a sense of belonging. When people feel connected to their communities and have a stake in their collective well-being, they are more likely to act in ways that benefit the greater good.

The examination or observation of an individual's mental and emotional processes is vital. Self-awareness and reflection enable individuals to recognize and confront their shortcomings, leading to personal growth and transformation.

Encouraging a culture of self-improvement and seeking help when needed can contribute to reducing irresponsible, dishonest, and disloyal behaviors.

However, it is essential to acknowledge that achieving a society entirely devoid of these negative traits might be an unrealistic goal. Human nature is complex and multifaceted, encompassing both virtuous and flawed aspects. Instead of striving for perfection, the focus should be on continuous progress and betterment.

Conclusion,

The personality traits of a "Common Man" represent an intricate and challenging aspect of human society that warrants careful attention and understanding.

By addressing the underlying causes, nurturing positive values, and promoting personal growth, we can move closer to building a society where the common man embodies responsibility, honesty, and loyalty.

Such a transformation holds the potential to create a brighter and more cohesive future for all.
